Have you wanted to stay in a cozy, tiny house? Conveniently located out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only 15 minutes away w/a free parking spot. We are 17 minutes away from Alki Beach. Surrounded by hiking trails, scenic views and have bus routes a plenty. 8 minute walk to Westwood Village and downtown White Center for shopping, restaurants, bars and much more. Enjoy a queen size bed in the loft, a Roku TV, free snacks and wifi. Perfect for a couples getaway!
The space

This tiny home is ideal for family break, or walkers wanting to see local specialties, a birthday weekend, for couples or for friends. It is romantic, peaceful and private and yet you are never too isolated.]]
The little house includes queen sized bed (in loft - must be able to climb adorable wooden ladder), in the living space below has a super comfy pull out twin sofa bed, 50” TV, free WiFi and Netflix, full bathroom and kitchenette.
We also offer complimentary Coffee, Tea, Light Snacks, bottled water, shaving kit, and tooth brushes. You’d be surprised how much we could put in a little house and still have plenty of room. We can’t wait to show you!
Guest access
Guest have a single private parking spot next to home in alley way out back.Access to yard in front of little house, fenced from street, for use if main home is not rented. Full access to all inside of little house and back patio is reserved for you!Please do not park in front of large house on 22nd ave. That rental is separate.

*The main house on the property is also a rental so we ask to provide privacy to the other home, as we ask them to provide the same in return. :-)*
The entrance and parking areas for each rentalare on completely separate parts of the same property. Main home is out front on 22nd while this home is parking in the alley (Kelsey Ln SW).
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We may allow up to 2 pets at a time but there will be an extra fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds only due to insurance purposes. But we do love them. 50 lbs max and no breeds with excessive hair. (There is an additional cost and this covers basic additional cleaning for pets any extra cleaning or repair would be in addition.)
There are live, sound andmotion activated cameras on the exterior premises. Those are to be expected on all entrances and are only on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the dwelling. This is for the safety of our guest, our home and ourselves.
